Role Expectations: This is not a traditional call center role, nor is it simply customer service. As a Financial Services Professional you are often the first point of contact for financial advisors who rely on you to help them serve their clients and grow their businesses. Day-to-Day: Each day, you'll handle a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries (approximately 35-40 calls per day) from financial advisors, helping them navigate account questions, operational processes, technology tools, and service requests. Advisors are often working under tight deadlines, so responsiveness, professionalism, and problem-solving skills are critical. What your day may look like:

• Taking inbound calls from financial advisors throughout the day.
• Researching and resolving complex service issues.
• Navigating multiple systems and resources simultaneously.
• Learning and applying new financial services concepts, policies, and procedures.
• Balancing quality service with productivity expectations.
