Our client is seeking a Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for employees, job seekers, vendors, and visitors. This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic office environment.


The Front Desk Receptionist will manage a high volume of phone calls and visitors while providing administrative support to the HR team. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist employees, job seekers, vendors, and visitors.
• Manage heavy walk-in traffic, including individuals seeking employment.
• Schedule weekly interviews for the hiring team.
• Answer and transfer a high volume of incoming phone calls.
• Take accurate messages and communicate information to the appropriate team members.
• Perform data entry and general administrative duties.
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word for daily tasks.
• Prepare and send PPE deduction forms to staffing agencies when employees leave or are released from their assignments.
• Maintain accurate records of PPE that needs to be returned.
• Track PPE inventory and follow up on outstanding items.
• Review weekly invoices to ensure proper credits are received for PPE deductions.
• Keep the front desk and work area clean, organized, and professional.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.
• Assist with other HR and office tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual communication skills required.
• Previous front desk, receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, friendly, and approachable personality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume office environment.
