We are a network of outpatient mental health clinics, providing comprehensive, full‑service outpatient mental health services in Florida via in‑person and secure virtual visits. Our services include psychiatric/psychological evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy & counseling, and neuropsychological testing. Our team comprises psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board‑certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above, treating each patient with compassion and respect and striving for individualized care. Qualifications Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, or marriage & family therapy. Active Florida license. Experience in an outpatient setting preferred. Job Responsibilities Provide various modalities of psychotherapy and counseling services. Conduct psychological assessments, diagnose, and implement therapeutic interventions for patients with diverse mental health conditions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers. Offer psychoeducation to patients and families about mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies. Document services rendered in compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain current knowledge of advancements in psychotherapy and counseling through continuing education and professional development. Compensation Package Excellent base compensation. Monthly productivity bonus. Quarterly performance bonus. Additional day for additional pay (up to $17,500 additional per year). Supervising provider responsibilities with additional compensation.
