Now Hiring: Experienced CNAs / DSPs / HHAs / PCAs (Acute Care, Rehab, or Skilled Nursing Experience Required) Location: Lutz, FL. 12-Hour Day Shifts Available. Weekend Schedule Options: Saturday & Sunday; Every-Other Weekend. Schedule Options: Full-time 3 days per week; Part-time 2 days per week. Pay: $15 – $19 per hour (based on experience & certification). This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in acute care hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, or skilled nursing environments who are passionate about delivering safe, high-quality, person-centered care. Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility Support activities of daily living (ADLs) with dignity and respect Document care accurately and communicate with the care team Assist individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or behavioral health needs Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment Safely operate standard patient care equipment Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience in acute care, rehab, or skilled nursing Experience working with higher-acuity / Level 2 patients Current BLS/CPR & First Aid certification (AHA or Red Cross) Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills Ability to assist with transfers and lift 50+ lbs Must pass ACHA Level 2 Background Screening Experience with behavioral health or developmental disabilities preferred ACHA Requirement (House Bill 531 – 2025) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse Education Site: Why Join 5 Star Cares?
