Position Overview As a Personal Banker within PNC's retail organization, you will be based in Houston, TX. The role focuses on acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing customer experience, identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow the customer’s share of wallet. Responsibilities Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve customers’ financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners and community Centers of Influence to grow customer relationships. Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.
