About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Facilities Management to provide strategic leadership across a large K-12 portfolio. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving operational performance, safety, quality, and financial results. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of direct reports, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with senior client stakeholders. Key responsibilities include developing strategies to support growth, retention, and long-term client partnerships, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and supporting new business growth and expansion. The role also involves using data and performance metrics to drive decision-making and partnering with senior leadership to execute broader business strategies. Applicants for the VP of Facilities Management position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of senior facilities management or related operational leadership experience, with a proven track record in leading large, multi-site or geographically dispersed operations. A strong understanding of integrated facilities management and technical services is essential, as is experience in managing multi-units across multiple states. The role requires a candidate with a strong ability to manage complex client relationships, large-scale contracts, and a history of driving growth, operational improvement, and client retention. The ideal candidate will be located within a commutable distance to an airport and be willing to travel up to 50%. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
