Get started! Job Functions / Responsibilities Lead and support month-end close activities, including timely journal entry preparation, review, and posting. Prepare month-end account reconciliations and analytical reviews, with emphasis on margin reporting, flooring portfolio and SG&A. Report divisional results to the Corporate Consolidations team and ensure reporting deadlines are met. Coordinate with Treasury on accounting and reporting for debt issuances, borrowing costs, and intercompany loan transactions. Support the monthly forecast process, including preparation of the cost of funds forecast. Own fixed asset reporting, including recording capital projects and monitoring project status. Prepare reporting packages for senior management, including Greybook reporting and SG&A budget to actual analysis. Assist with preparation of sections of PFC’s quarterly SEC filings. Supervise, coach, and develop the General Accountant through clear expectations, training, and feedback. Contribute to special projects that require technical accounting analysis, process improvement, and data-driven recommendations. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA or MBA preferred. Minimum of three years of relevant accounting or finance experience; supervisory experience preferred. Strong technical accounting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated leadership ability and commitment to continuous improvement. High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, well-supported work. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
