HR Administrator

This Human Resources Administrator role in West Valley City, UT puts you at the center of a company that builds industry-leading firearm suppressors — and takes its people just as seriously as its products. You'll own the full employee lifecycle from first job posting to first day on the job, earning $20–$25/hour based on your experience. What You'll Do Post and maintain job descriptions across platforms, keeping them on-brand, consistent, and error-free Phone screen candidates, assist in interviews, and coordinate hiring with department managers Prepare offer letters and send welcome communications to incoming employees Manage new hire onboarding logistics — scheduling meetings, reserving rooms, tracking participation, and ensuring a smooth first-day experience Enter all new hires accurately into HRIS, payroll, time & attendance, benefits, and LMS platforms Build and maintain relationships with local colleges to support campus recruiting efforts HR & Culture Maintain employee files and HRIS records with a high standard of accuracy and confidentiality Serve as a resource for employees with HR and general company questions Support and help grow the Employee Referral Program Actively contribute to company culture initiatives, events, and holiday activities Identify opportunities to improve the employee experience and bring ideas to the table Provide front desk coverage when the Office Manager is out What You Bring Required 1+ years of experience in an HR, recruiting, or administrative support role Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple priorities at once Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion Preferred Experience with HRIS platforms — UKG is a plus Background in or familiarity with the outdoor, hunting, or firearms industry Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting Schedule & Shift Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pay & Compensation $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience REASONS YOU'LL LOVE WORKING FOR YES!
