This is a Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm position. No weekend work shift. Closed on all major holidays. There are no evening or overnight work shifts. *All New Hires are required to be COVID 19 vaccinated The EMR that the practice uses is Athena.
Free parking and easy metro access. Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour What you'll do on a typical day as a Medical Assistant:
- Patient triage
- Vitals
- Rooming patients
- Phlebotomy
- Giving injections
- EKGs
- Assisting the Physicians and Nurse Practitioner
- Responding to Patient and pharmacy messages
- Cleaning and stocking rooms
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
- Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Certified Medical Assistant (Required)
