Technical Support Specialist - Autonomous Vehicle

In this role, you will be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, managing day-to-day technical operations and ensuring the fleet remains mission-ready. Key Responsibilities Monitor and support day-to-day technical operations of an autonomous vehicle fleet. Utilize Unix command line environments daily to troubleshoot and manage systems. Perform hands-on vehicle readiness checks, including basic cable reconnections. Manage and organize multiple service requests via ticketing systems like Jira. Maintain clear and proactive communication with the team using Slack. Assist with occasional vehicle movement within the garage facility. Requirements At least 1 year of experience in technical and operations support. Proficiency with Unix commands and utilities. Direct experience using Slack and Jira for workflow management. Proven ability to stay organized while handling parallel requests. Valid driver’s license held for a minimum of 3 years.
