For over 50 years, Mom's Kitchen has been one of South Florida's favorite independent restaurants, serving exceptional breakfast and lunch with the recent addition of dinner service. As we continue to grow and prepare for future expansion, we're searching for an exceptional  Assistant Kitchen Manager who is ready to train under our current leadership and develop into a  Kitchen Manager role.

What You'll Be Doing

As Assistant Kitchen Manager, you'll work directly with our leadership team while preparing to assume a Kitchen Manager position as Mom's Kitchen continues to grow.

You'll help oversee:

• Daily kitchen operations
• High-volume breakfast, lunch, and expanding dinner service
• Recipe execution and food consistency
• Prep production and pars
• Food quality and presentation
• Team coaching and accountability
• Scheduling and labor efficiency
• Inventory and ordering
• Food safety and sanitation
• Kitchen organization and cleanliness
• Ticket flow and speed of service during peak-volume periods

Mom's Kitchen isn't a slow neighborhood diner.

We serve hundreds of guests every day, with some of the busiest breakfast and lunch services in South Florida. Our kitchen must execute with speed, precision, and consistency while maintaining the quality our guests have trusted for more than five decades.
