Project Coordinator, Clinical Lab Equipment Implementation

Role Description

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Implementation Project Management and is part of the SolutionsONE organization and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide support to project managers, assisting them in various project-related tasks.
• Coordinate instrument delivery projects, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of instruments to customers.
• Coordinate the implementation timelines and dates for water, UPS, and compressor systems for project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in field with preference for 1-2 years of experience.
• Previous experience in scheduling or project management, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all project-related activities.
• Proficiency in data entry and analysis, ensuring accurate and reliable project information.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Smartsheet or MS Project is a plus, as it will contribute to efficient project planning and execution.
• Ability to travel Monday-Friday 10-20% nationally.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
