Elder Ford of Tampa is seeking experienced automotive service advisors, service writers, automotive service consultants, fleet advisors, and customer service professionals who are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience while growing long-term client relationships.

We're looking for someone who can excel in a fast-paced service drive, effectively advise customers on vehicle maintenance and repair needs, and help strengthen and grow our fleet business by reconnecting with existing fleet accounts and developing new commercial relationships.

What You'll Bring

• Previous automotive service advisor, service writer, or automotive service consultant experience required
• Experience developing or maintaining fleet, commercial, or business accounts is highly desirable
• Ford experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume dealership service department
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to generate revenue through maintenance recommendations and service sales
• Basic automotive mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle repair processes
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented mindset

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide a first-class service experience
• Write repair orders and accurately document customer concerns
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
• Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing fleet customers
• Identify opportunities to regain inactive fleet accounts and develop new commercial business
• Help grow the dealership's fleet service presence within the local market
• Consistently meet customer satisfaction and sales objectives
