Account Manager Retail SMB Business Sales

You will help small‑ and medium‑business customers adopt the latest high‑tech 5G products and services to solve their unique business needs. What you’ll be doing Drive small business results through the retail channel by partnering with and mentoring Consumer Retail Sales Representatives. Grow your customer base by acquiring and retaining accounts in the small business segment. Utilize solutions‑based selling techniques to solve business problems for your customers. Conduct outbound sales prospecting and customer visits. Service the needs of the existing customer base. Use sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, and manage your pipeline and book of business. What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. Three or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military experience. Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service. Valid driver’s license. Willingness to travel. Even better if you have An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or related certifications or college courses. Outside sales experience including outbound prospecting. Wireless sales experience that has exceeded quota. Experience influencing a team to drive sales results. Ability to achieve positive results in a team environment. Strong people skills for influencing, negotiating, conflict resolution, and building trust at all levels. Where you’ll be working In this hybrid Account Manager Retail SMB role, you’ll work in‑store for at least five days per week and will have a defined location with a minimum of three days per week remote work, as assigned by your manager. Employees must comply with our hybrid work policies. Schedule 40 hours per week. Compensation Base pay plus target individual‑based commission. The commission program offers unlimited earning potential, allowing top earners to exceed compensation plans and compete for sales incentives. Compensation varies by geography and performance.
