Senior Treasury Management Sales Team Lead, Family Office and Wealth Management

Job Description SummaryThe Senior Treasury Management Sales Team Leader is a sales leadership role responsible for driving growth, profitability, and market penetration within the Family Office and Wealth Management segments. This individual will serve as a player-coach, maintaining direct business development and client relationship responsibilities while leading and developing a small team of Treasury Management professionals. The successful candidate will have responsibility for helping to scale and build the team as the business grows.The role will be accountable for originating new Treasury Management relationships, deepening existing client engagements, building referral networks, collaborating with Wealth Management and Financial Advisor partners, and developing vertical-specific strategies that enhance client acquisition, retention, and deposit growth. The successful candidate will have direct coverage experience with Family Offices and/or Wealth Management advisors, as well as a developed COI network in the space. This position reports directly to the EVP and Head of Treasury Management Sales and Strategy.Job DescriptionPrimary Job Responsibilities:Sales ExperienceDemonstrates mastery level proficiency in all Depository and Treasury Management productsParticipates in joint and independent sales calling efforts for the Treasury Management Sales Team in order to recommend additional solutions and cross-sell productsConsults with existing and prospective deposit centric clients, by phone and in person, to learn their business & industry trendsAssists in developing sales processes, procedures, and departmental goals and initiating strategies that will improve team resultsProduct MarketingOversees all Marketing collateral as it relates to depository and Treasury Management productsProvides education and knowledge of products to internal partners and to existing and prospective clientsProduct ManagementProvides technical support for complex Deposit and Treasury Management sales calling effortsEffectively manages operational risk and complianceOther responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Facilitating new processes, tools, communications and training to ensure the bank’s successActing as a brand ambassador for TriState with every prospectEducation and Experience Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: sales, business development, deposit centric industries sales or treasury management sales experienceExperience working with Family Offices, Wealth Management firms, RIAs, Trust Companies, Private Banks, or related client segments.Certified Treasury Management (CTP) designation preferred.Essential Skills and Abilities:Exceptionalinterpersonal,communication,andpresentationskillsExceptional planning, time management, and organization skillsDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to work independently and build relationshipsAbility to work in a high-energy, fast-paced work environment and adapt quickly to changing circumstancesEducationBachelor’s: Business Administration, Bachelor’s: MarketingWork ExperienceGeneral Experience – 10 to 15 years, Manager Experience - 6 to 10 yearsCertificationsSalary Range$130,000.00-$275,000.00TravelWorkstyleHybridThe total compensation for this position includes base salary or wages, and may include components such as additional compensation (cash or equity), discretionary bonuses, or commissions.
