Do you love hands-on work, bringing spaces back to life, and being part of a fast-moving, high-energy team? We are seeking a Make Ready Technician to help prepare apartment homes to look their very bestand be move-in ready!
This role is perfect for someone who's detail-oriented, motivated, and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to get the job done right. If you're looking for an opportunity to grow your skills and work with an excellent company, keep reading!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist with moving and replacing appliances
- Inspect, repair, or replace faucets, sinks, bathtubs, tiles, and plugs
- Perform light painting, drywall patching, and caulking
- Replace or repair ceiling fans, blinds, light fixtures, and more
- Change HVAC filters and report issues to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Clean carpets using commercial equipment
- Assist with apartment trash-outs and property grounds upkeep
- Support the team with after-hours on-call maintenance (required rotation)
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance or make-ready experience
- HVAC certification preferred
- High energy and a positive, can-do attitude
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills
- Professional appearance and excellent service skills
- Willing to work weekends and participate in the on-call rotation
