Senior Assistant Store Manager

Leadership Position: Assistant Store Manager Hourly rate ranges from $17.73 to $17.98 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience. Responsibilities The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures. Requirements Position will work up to 38 hours per week. Minimum age requirement: 18 years. Physical demands: excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
