RoleWe are looking for a Senior Recruiter to identify top talent across all functions of the company, with a primary focus on our post-sales roles, such as the Deployment Strategist. We need a passionate and results-driven teammate to build and cultivate talent pipelines for multiple high-priority roles. To support Peregrine’s mission and our current hyper-growth stage, we’re seeking a professional, people-oriented recruiter who can creatively and tactfully identify top talent and bring them on board through the full-cycle recruiting process. In this role, some of your responsibilities will include:Target active and passive candidates through various sourcing channels with sophisticated search techniquesScreen resumes and pre-screen candidates to determine their qualificationsSuccessfully close candidates with speed and accuracy against hiring goalsPartner with other in-house recruiters and hiring managers to drive efficiency and innovationRegularly nurture high-quality prospects through long-standing relationshipsDrive sourcing strategies to build consistent, diverse, and high-quality talent pipelinesAbout youYou have a proven track record of identifying the top experienced talent in the marketYou are a motivated and intellectually curious individual who proactively searches for the best solutionsYou can motivate strong, passive candidates with rare technical opportunitiesYou’re people-oriented, and you are naturally building relationships everywhere you goYou are detail-oriented while tactfully executing the big picture to achieve your goalsWhat we look for5+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience with an in-house recruiting teamExperience working in a high-growth, early-stage startupProficient in targeting, approaching, and closing passive candidatesProficient in relationship management among candidates, teammates, and hiring managersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient with an ATS system, Greenhouse strongly preferredBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceLocated in San Francisco, California, and willing to come into the office 4x per weekSalary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific work location.
