We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient primary care setting. This opportunity is well suited for both newly graduated Family Medicine/Internal Medicine residents and experienced physicians who are looking for a predictable Monday Friday schedule, manageable patient volumes, and an emphasis on quality-based care.

Physicians manage relatively small patient panels of up to 500 patients , with approximately 13 patients on a busy day , allowing for meaningful patient interactions and comprehensive care.

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients in an outpatient setting.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate appropriate follow-up care.
• Perform routine physical examinations, health screenings, and preventive care.
• Manage chronic conditions and support patients in achieving their health goals.
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests and laboratory studies.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team when needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and clinical documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and value-based care programs.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining clinical quality and safety standards.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine .
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Alabama.
• Completion of an accredited residency program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Value-based care experience is a plus, but not required.

• Starting Base Salary: $250,000 for newly graduated residents
• Higher base compensation available for experienced physicians
• Additional earning potential for physicians with value-based care experience
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Annual quality incentive bonus of up to 28% of base salary
• Physicians have the opportunity to earn their annual incentive bonuses based on quality metrics
