Join Nick's Parts & Auto, a medium & heavy duty collision repair center, as our new Body Shop Manager ! We are seeking a motivated leader to oversee daily operations, manage a talented team, and ensure top-notch service for our customers.

Responsibilities

List the key duties, focusing on leadership, operations, and customer satisfaction:

• Oversee daily operations of the body shop, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of technicians, estimators, and support staff.
• Coordinate repair schedules and workflow to meet customer deadlines.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, order parts, and manage vendor relationships.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a collision repair/body shop.
• Strong knowledge of auto body repair processes and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of insurance claims and repair estimating software.
