Director Global Oncology Market Access - Lung (Rahway)

We strive to understand our customers’ needs and provide solutions to meet their needs.The Director, Global Oncology Market Access Lung will have GMAx responsibilities for the developmenent of the access strategies for the pipeline assets with Lung indications. The candidate will be expected to have deep knowledge of the Lung cancer access landscape to ensure market access considerations are embedded early in the development of assets respective to their lung indications. As a GMAx lead, the candidate would need to synthesize extensive and complex information from internal and external insights to independently formulate the market access considerations, deliver a concise market access narrative, and lead discussion in key forums to support the strategy for pipeline assets and specifically for Lung indications.The candidate will work closely with various cross functional teams such as the value and implementation teams and global marketing teams to ensure the appropriate positioning of assets with lung indications and impact assessment of competitive pricing/access activities. The candidate will also work in close collaboration with the Regional Market Access teams to gather appropriate market insights to inform strategies.The selected candidate is expected to operate with integrity and transparency, as well as respect and adherence to the laws and regulations that govern our industry and our company policies.Primary activities include, but are not limited to:Being able to translate deep knowledge of the Lung access landscape, competitors, payers and future access trends into access insights to develop access strategies.Actively collaborate with the functions including but not limited to Oncology Global Market Access and Pricing Team, Oncology Global Marketing team, Oncology US Marketing, HH International, Global Pricing, Value and Implementation Teams, Policy, Regional Market Access teams, SAS, to provide critical lung market access viewpoints across stakeholder workstreams.Work closely with the cross-functional teams to develop payer value proposition and scientific narrative that relates to pipeline assets with lung indications.Lead the lung strategy development for selected pipeline assets in regard to their lung indications and lead discussions at selected key forums and meetings.Monitor Oncology global competitors and comparator prices and strategy.Collaborate with the GMAx asset leads on different aspects of the pipeline assets to ensure coherent strategy development.Education Minimum Requirement:Bachelor's degree with Business or Science related discipline.Master's degree (MBA/MS) or other post-graduate Degree (preferred).Required Knowledge and Skill:Oncology including knowledge of the lung clinical development space.Knowledgeable about product development and commercialization process.Understanding of the global payer environment and perspectives in lung cancer.Experience in strong influencing, negotiating, conflict resolution skills.Strategic thinking and integration skills.Experience successfully leading cross functional matrix teams.Proven success working within large and complex strategic initiatives.Strong project management and implementation/operational skills.Demonstrated ability to understand, develop and communicate scientific based strategies and messages.Strong verbal and written communications skills.Strong commercial orientation and business acumen.Preferred Knowledge and Skills:5 years in oncology and/or market access & pricing and business development.US Market access and product launch experience.Required Skills: Accountability, Analytical Thinking, Business Acumen, Data Analysis, Developing Pricing Strategies, Global Market, Healthcare Trends, Innovation, Leadership, Market Access, Market Research, Market Sensing, Oncology, Oncology Marketing, Strategic Planning, Strategic Thinking, US MarketingPreferred Skills: Current Employees apply HERECurrent Contingent Workers apply HEREUS and Puerto Rico Residents Only:Our company is committed to inclusion, ensuring that candidates can engage in a hiring process that exhibits their true capabilities.
