What You’ll Do: The Sales Associate is responsible for creating an outstanding optical experience for our guests by bringing together their knowledge, experiences and personality together with the guests’ needs and our high-quality fashion brands. Drive Sales & Build Relationships: Hit sales targets and exceed expectations by connecting with customers and building lasting relationships. What We’re Looking For: Passion for Customer Service: Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but your enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences is key. Sales Savvy: Thrive in a dynamic environment, using your communication skills to engage customers and drive sales. Tech‑Savant & Detail‑Oriented: Comfortable using technology to enhance customer experience while maintaining accuracy with transactions.
