You'll partner with leaders and employees to build an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace.Your responsibilities will include:Driving strategic alignment of people and business goals across departments.Partnering with managers to cultivate strong working relationships, boost morale, and improve retention.Supporting talent acquisition and onboarding to bring in exceptional people who thrive in our culture.Shaping and executing an employee engagement strategy that fosters belonging and growth.Leading and facilitating performance and development programs that connect individual goals to company success.Partnering on succession planning, career path frameworks, and leadership development initiatives.Managing complex employee relations matters with fairness, empathy, and compliance.Using data insights to advise on workforce trends, retention, and talent development.Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, with a strong focus on CA employment standardsWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field7+ years of progressive HR experience (distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred)Deep understanding of Texas employment lawSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification preferredExceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetlyStrong organizational skills with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)Experience with HRIS systems such as Ultipro and Greenhouse a plusBilingual (English/Spanish) is an assetPosition Pay Range$95,000 - $120,000 USDWhat OBE Offers YouBenefits that benefit you – industry competitive benefits at the lowest cost to the employeeWork-life balance – PTO and holidays, including floating holidays you can chooseCompensation that rewards your hard work – A pay-for-performance culture with potential for annual raises and bonusesTraining – We will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed
