Senior Human Resources Business Partner / HR Manager (Contract)

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization. We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner / HR Manager to provide both strategic and hands-on HR support during a period of organizational growth and increased business demand. This position will partner closely with leadership teams to drive workforce initiatives, employee engagement, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and HR operations while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business partnering, employee relations, workforce planning, organizational development, and change management within a fast-paced environment.

Location: Willingboro, NJ Schedule: Fully Onsite Duration: 3-6 Month Contract Pay Rate: $55-$65/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers on a wide range of human resources matters.
• Provide guidance and support regarding employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
• Partner with leadership to identify talent needs and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop employees.
• Support succession planning, organizational design, and talent development initiatives.
• Conduct and manage employee relations investigations while ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance with company policies.
• Advise leaders on organizational changes, promotions, workforce restructuring, and compensation-related matters.
• Partner with management to address retention challenges and improve employee engagement.
• Lead and support change management initiatives during periods of growth and transformation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Analyze workforce metrics and HR data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, Benefits, and other HR Centers of Excellence.
• Support HR projects and initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Strong background in employee relations, HR business partnering, and organizational support.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and business stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and build relationships across all levels of an organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Supporting multi-site and multi-state employee populations.
• Workforce planning and talent strategy development.
• Organizational change management and business transformation initiatives.
• Performance management program administration.
• Succession planning and leadership development.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or large-scale organizational changes.
• Manufacturing, distribution, logistics, industrial, or operational workforce experience is a plus.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $65.00 per hour
