What You'll Do

• Provide specialized care in a dynamic Cath Lab environment for cardiovascular interventions
• Circulate, monitor, and scrub during complex procedures such as TAVR, MitraClip, and diagnostic cardiac caths
• Administer vasoactive drugs and sedation, perform critical patient assessments, and manage sterile technique
• Support complex interventional cases including coronary artery disease, STEMI, peripheral vascular procedures, and structural heart interventions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and efficient procedures
• Float between facilities including Willis Knighton Pierremont and Bossier, as needed
• Participate in orientation and precepting to ensure compliance and quality standards

What You Need
Required:

• RN license with BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Valid driver's license for facility float
• Minimum 3 years RN experience, with at least 1.5 years in Cath Lab within the last year
• Ability to scrub, monitor, and circulate in a cardiac/interventional setting; experience with complex case types
• Proficiency in sterile technique, vasoactive and sedation administration, and critical assessment skills

Preferred:

• Experience with Impella, Rotoblater, IABP, Pnumbra, Laser, Lithotripsy Atherectomy
• 2+ years of specialized Cath Lab experience and familiarity with equipment such as Philips imaging systems and Merge monitoring
