We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to provide responsive, accurate support to commercial insurance clients. This role partners closely with Producers and Account Managers to service accounts, process policy changes, coordinate renewals, and deliver a consistently positive client experience.About Alera Group Alera Group was founded in 2017 and has grown to become the 14th largest broker of U.S. business. The PL Account Manager stewards an existing personal lines book of business and has the opportunity to grow the book by focusing on new business.
