Are you a results-driven sales professional fluent in Japanese? We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead customer relationships, drive business growth, and serve as a key liaison between U.S. operations and ADTEC Japan.

What You'll Do

✅ Drive sales growth through strategic account management and customer engagement

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

✅ Work closely with engineering teams to identify new business opportunities

✅ Manage customer communications and support repair service coordination

✅ Serve as the primary contact between U.S. operations and ADTEC Japan

✅ Create project documentation, specifications, and meeting materials

✅ Supervise and support a sales assistant while overseeing daily sales activities

✅ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities

What We're Looking For

✔ Fluent Japanese language skills (required)

✔ Experience in sales management and account management

✔ Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

✔ Experience coordinating technical support, repairs, or customer issue resolution

✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

✔ Comfortable working with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Travel Requirements

✈ Frequent local customer visits

✈ Occasional domestic travel

✈ International travel to Japan approximately once per year
