Facilitate with Purpose – Lead effective Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives to drive alignment and productivity. Shield the Team – Protect the team from external distractions, ensuring focus on sprint goals. Obliterate Obstacles – Proactively identify, track, and resolve organizational and technical blockers. Partner with Product – Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage and refine the backlog, ensuring user stories are well‑defined and actionable. Track Team Health – Use burn‑down charts, velocity metrics, and continuous flow diagrams to identify areas of improvement and sustain momentum. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience. Industry certifications: CSM, PSM I/II, or PMI‑ACP. Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and scaling frameworks such as SAFe and LeSS. Technical experience in object‑oriented software using C++ and Java; knowledge of DevSecOps, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka). Metrics mindset: data‑driven approach to improve performance and velocity. Active and transferable TS/SCI clearance, or Top Secret transferable to TS/SCI required. U.S. citizenship. Preferred Qualifications Exceptional emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and active listening skills. Knowledge of stateless/serverless software architecture. Experience with AWS cloud services. Experience with Grafana. Experience with satellite command and control software. Work Environment Onsite: Employees will work primarily onsite in Aurora, CO.
