Land Development Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of land development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality developments that meet client specifications and expectations. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential as you will be guiding a team and liaising with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders, as well as providing regular updates to senior management. A proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships is crucial for this role. Candidates should possess a degree in civil engineering, urban planning, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in land development, project management, or a similar role.
