Quality Manager

Oversee and lead a team comprising 2 direct reports, including a Quality Supervisor and Senior Technician, along with 12 indirect inspectors across 3 shifts Manage quality operations within a non-union injection molding manufacturing environment Serve as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, addressing concerns and maintaining strong relationships Investigate and resolve non-conformance issues, supplier quality concerns, and containment challenges in a timely manner Operate as a floor-driven leader, actively engaging with production teams to collaboratively address and resolve quality issues Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated experience in people management and team leadership Background in any segment of the plastics manufacturing industry required #J-18808-Ljbffr
