Job Description Lead, coach, and develop the quality team, inspectors, engineers, and technicians Own the quality management system and keep it fully compliant with IATF 16949 Act as the main customer contact for all quality topics, including complaints and audits Drive root cause analysis using tools like 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone, then make sure actions stick Partner with production to improve processes, reduce defects, and prevent repeat issues Oversee APQP, PPAP, control plans, PFMEAs, and change management activities Review quality data daily and turn trends into clear, practical actions Prepare and lead internal, customer, and third-party audits Escalate risks early and push for solutions that protect the customer and the business MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
