Third-Party Logistics Analyst

Job Overview A Third-Party Logistics Analyst at Raytheon will oversee and manage the logistics execution and contract oversight of Raytheon’s strategic Third-Party Logistics (3PL) supplier in the Northeast Region. The role is based on‑site in Manchester, NH. Responsibilities Oversee 3PL warehousing execution and drive process improvement opportunities through lean manufacturing concepts and principles. Work collaboratively with 3PL warehouse leadership to align logistics performance with Raytheon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This includes inbound, picking/packing and outbound customer processes. Analyze, identify and develop activities with 3PL to improve processes and support customer expectations. Monitor 3PL compliance with contract requirements and ensure output quality aligns with expectations. Serve as the primary liaison between 3PL and Raytheon, coordinating outbound customer deliveries and ensuring contractual obligations are met. Lead highly complex 3PL outbound customer deliveries, manage outbound customer orders, and coordinate between 3PL and Raytheon factory/program offices. Qualifications Must Have University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field. Experience working in a factory, warehouse, or Third‑Party Logistics environment. Leadership or management experience. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance (Secret). Preferred Competency in Microsoft Office Suite. Data analytics experience. Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience. Background in Aerospace, Defense, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain industry. Willingness to go above and beyond for customers. Demonstrated organizational skills in a high‑paced, complex environment with multiple competing internal and external customers.
