Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming front office experience Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims accurately and efficiently Collect and post patient payments, co-pays, and account balances Answer multi-line phones, respond to patient inquiries, and manage voicemails Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic and insurance information Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day Requirements: Previous dental front office or medical receptionist experience preferred Familiarity with dental practice management software Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy office environment Proficient in basic computer skills and data entry Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required About Us: Simply Smiles Dental LLC is a trusted dental practice proudly serving the West Valley City, UT community with compassionate, high-quality dental care.
