We're looking for a Licensed Property & Casualty Sales Representative who is motivated by results, enjoys connecting with people, and wants the opportunity to grow professionally and financially.

This is a sales role. You'll be responsible for developing new business, working with prospective customers, understanding their insurance needs, recommending appropriate coverage, and turning opportunities into long-term customer relationships.

You'll also be joining us at an exciting stage of growth. We're building a team where strong performers will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and grow along with the agency.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective customers and identify their insurance needs
• Generate and follow up on new business opportunities
• Recommend appropriate auto, home, renters, umbrella, and other personal insurance coverage
• Prepare quotes and guide prospects through the sales process
• Build lasting customer relationships through responsive, professional service
• Consistently work toward individual and agency sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development

What We're Looking For

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales-oriented, competitive, and motivated to achieve goals
• Coachable and interested in continually improving
• Comfortable with accountability and measurable performance goals
• Organized and consistent with prospect follow-up
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused
