Immunoassay Sales Specialist (Boston)

Bio-Techne seeks an Immunoassay Sales Specialist for the Boston territory covering New Hampshire and Maine. The role involves selling automated immunoassay instruments and consumables through field-based consultative selling, with 75% customer visiting time.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets using consultative selling methods and account management strategies
- Develop and execute strategic plans for immunoassay solutions to increase market share
- Maintain and grow business in existing and new accounts within assigned territory
- Conduct field visits 75% of time to support customer needs and explain product value propositions
Requirements
- 5+ years life science tools sales experience with 2+ years in related market
- Immunoassay experience highly desirable
- Knowledge of reagents, laboratory techniques, and equipment in pharmaceutical research and biologics
- Ability to communicate at technical level with customers
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and territory management skills
- Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively
Compensation: $95,900–$157,700 base, plus commission based on individual performance
