Job Description: The Call Center Representative will field a high volume of inbound calls, offering professional and attentive support to customers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, handling order processing, and keeping customer records accurate and up to date. Key Responsibilities: Address customer questions and resolve complaints in a professional, courteous manner Investigate customer concerns and provide solutions, escalating more complex issues when needed Process customer orders and payments accurately and ensure timely completion Make outbound calls to promote products and meet assigned sales goals Collect customer feedback and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records Conduct follow-up calls to confirm satisfaction and flag recurring issues for leadership Qualifications: 1-2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center setting required Comfortable using Microsoft Office, ticketing/phone systems, and CRM platforms Strong verbal and written communication abilities Customer-focused, collaborative, and able to stay on task in a fast-paced setting Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in place of a degree Additional Details: This is a contract role lasting approximately 2-3 months, fully onsite in Alexandria, VA.
