This full-time position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth processing of warranty claims, invoice management, and cashiering support. If you thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment and enjoy administrative tasks, wed love to hear from you./ppstrongWhat Youll Be Doing:/strong/pulliAccurately process and administrate warranty claims in compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies./liliBook and reconcile service invoices efficiently and accurately./liliGenerate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) related to service and parts invoices./liliProvide occasional cashiering support, including handling customer payments and balancing receipts./liliMaintain accurate and organized records for all warranty and service-related documentation./liliCommunicate with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers to ensure timely and proper claim submissions./liliSupport the service department with various administrative tasks as needed./li/ulpstrongWhat Were Looking For:/strong/pulliPrevious automotive warranty or service administration experience preferred./liliKnowledge of dealership DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds Reynolds, etc.) is a plus./liliStrong attention to detail and organizational skills./liliAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment./liliProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)./liliExcellent communication and customer service skills./li/ulpstrongWhat We Offer:/strong/pulliCompetitive salary based on experience/liliFull-time schedule: Monday through Friday (40 hours/week)/liliSupportive team environment/liliOpportunity for growth within a well-established automotive group/li/ulpCapital Ford of Raleigh is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
