Field Service Coordinator

**This is a 12-month contract to hire opportunity**

Schedule: Hybrid- at least 3 days onsite

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Pay: $28-34/hr

About the Role Join our global team of technical experts dedicated to customer success. In this role, you will coordinate high-quality service and support for Bioprocessing Systems across the Americas. You will be a central hub for our operations, ensuring timely, profitable, and top-tier field service delivery while acting as a primary liaison between customers, field service engineers (FSEs), and internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Languages: Fluency in English
• Technical Tools: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
• Core Skills: organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams and external customers.
• Work Style: Self-motivated team player who can also work independently to drive initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

Service & Project Coordination

• End-to-End Service Management: Manage the order-to-cash process for equipment services, including scheduling FSEs and subcontractors, handling logistics, and ensuring timely customer invoicing.
• Project Management: Act as the Field Service lead for projects. Manage protocol readiness (e.g., SAT, IQ/OQ), align test matrices, allocate resources, and run project kickoff and follow-up meetings.
• Customer Resolution: Handle service requests, troubleshoot complaints, and follow up on post-service non-conformities to guarantee high customer satisfaction

Commercial & Sales Support

• Service Agreements: Proactively manage, quote, and renew customer service agreements before warranty expirations to drive service revenue.
• Sales Alignment: Support sales teams by reviewing customer requirements (URS), providing quotes for custom services, and promoting service capabilities during customer meetings 

Workshop & Equipment Management

• Tool & Instrument Logistics: Manage the calibration, procurement, and distribution of reference instruments, tools, and consumables for FSEs and subcontractors.
• Repair Coordination: Oversee the logistics for customer systems sent to the workshop for repair, from intake and quoting to part ordering and return shipping

Process Improvement & Administration

• Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, service data, and system information using CRM systems (SFDC).
