- Operate and set up CNC and cutting equipment such as plasma, oxy-fuel, and laser machines
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders
- Adjust and maintain equipment for optimal performance and quality
- Troubleshoot minor issues and perform basic maintenance on machines
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed, including PPE use and safe material handling
- Experience with CNC machines and cutting equipment is preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a noisy, industrial environment
- CNC machine operation
- Plasma, oxy-fuel, laser cutting technologies
- Technical drawing interpretation
- Troubleshooting and equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of safety protocols
