Customer Service Representative

Position: Customer Service Representative (In-Office) Location: Franklin, TN Job Id: 22906-A0336-2 # of Openings: 1 Starting pay: $18 per hour This position is 100% in office, remote work is not available. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and online inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate moving quotes and information about our services. Schedule and coordinate moves based on customer needs and availability. Follow up with potential leads to convert inquiries into booked moves. Maintain detailed customer records and update CRM system accordingly. Resolve customer issues promptly and elevate concerns when necessary. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure clear communication and service delivery. Uphold the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® core values and promote a positive brand image. Close sales and help meet monthly individual and team goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus. 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Positive attitude and a passion for helping people.
