Receptionist

Position Overview We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our administrative team as a Receptionist. The role involves greeting guests, answering phones, assisting with clerical tasks, supporting the sales team, and communicating with residents and staff. Responsibilities Greet individuals arriving at the community. Answer the telephone and relay messages. Assist with clerical tasks such as typing, faxing, copying, filing, emailing, accepting packages, and preparing mailings. Assist the sales team by making calls, conducting tours, entering data, and maintaining inventory. Communicate effectively with residents and staff. Qualifications Basic office skills knowledge.
