Learn more at About the Opportunity DMI, LLC seeks a Jr. Deskside Support Specialist to join us. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in providing Level 2 IT support for routine and emergency operations, addressing hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in ServiceNow, escalating unresolved issues to senior team members. Support equipment maintenance, including installations, upgrades, and relocations, adhering to CDC IT and property management policies. Contribute to emergency preparedness efforts, participating in drills and on‑call rotations to provide IT support during critical events. Assist in maintaining IT asset inventory, ensuring proper documentation and accountability for CDC resources. Qualifications Education and Years of Experience: High School Diploma 4-6 Years of Experience in Deskside Support Required and Desired Skills/Certifications: ITIL Preferred Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen Physical Requirements: No Physical requirement needed for this position.
