About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Energy Efficiency to lead and oversee its portfolio of energy efficiency programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, ensuring the design and implementation of programs meet performance metrics, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key partners. This role requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in the energy efficiency industry, and a proven track record in program management and expanding utility and business partner relationships. The Vice President will also be tasked with leading a team to achieve operational excellence, client satisfaction, and financial performance, and must be adept at managing multi-million-dollar contracts and P&L.
