Clinical Director (BCBA)

You have experience in working with kids with developmental disabilities and have supervised behavioral analysts and technicians. You are culturally competent, ethical and a team player. Additionally, you have a flair for innovation and creative problem solving with a passion for making a difference. You bring a culture of fun to your work and can handle difficult situations with calm and patience.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

• Lead intake meetings with new clients and families
• Collaborate closely with the center’s Office Manager to ensure strong clinic-level operations, communications, and team culture
  • Be accountable for overall clinic performance, tracking, and monitoring progress against KPIs
  • Overall quality of clinical work including monthly reviews of session data and written treatment plans
  • Utilization of treatment recommendations and productivity of the clinical team
  • Family engagement & satisfaction
  • Retention and satisfaction of clinical staff
• Coach, develop, and mentor a team of BCBAs to effectively implement the care model, and support their career growth and progression
• Collaborate with Scheduling Manager when new schedules or changes in scheduling are required, providing input on team members and helping with caregiver communications
• Lead / participate in weekly meetings with clinical and operations staff
• You have fully read the Ujala.life website, align with our mission and have strong opinions on the clinical direction our team should take

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education or related field required
• BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required
• You have at least 5+ years of experience working with children with disabilities
• You have at least 2+ years of experience supervising other behavioral staff
• You have experience with clinical operations
• Licensed to practice ABA therapy in the state of New Jersey required (or willingness to obtain license upon hire)
• Must submit to a federal and state background check
