About the Role

As a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, we are committed to delivering high-quality services that improve the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders. As our Clinical Director, you will play a crucial role in helping us establish our organization by recruiting the right team members, driving business development, and building essential systems and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Help establish our organization by recruiting the right team members, driving business development, and building essential systems and relationships

• Supervise and lead a team of clinicians, ensuring high-quality care and excellent outcomes

• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and national regulations

• Collaborate with our team to build a comprehensive ABA therapy program

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community partners

• Identify opportunities for growth and drive business development to achieve strategic goals

• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Licensed BCBA with hands-on clinical experience

• Active New Jersey LBA license, required

• Leadership instincts, with experience managing people and processes

• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to adapt to changing circumstances

• Commitment to building something excellent, rather than just functional

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

What We Offer

• Annual salary: $80,000 - $100,000
