Analyst

Administer OE, spares, overhaul, and repair contracts for commercial and military customers Serve as account manager, customer point of contact, and administrative liaison Complete order review, entry, acknowledgement, and amendment processing Document customer order and contract flow-down requirements and route them to appropriate internal departments Perform preliminary review and analysis of contract terms, conditions, and specific contract issues Review MOU, MOI, NDA, and PIA documents in coordination with Management Ensure contract obligations are fulfilled throughout the contract duration Review and respond to customer contract demands with Sales, Contracts, and Customer Service Interpret contract language and consult Management and corporate legal when needed Ensure ERP sales order entry is complete, timely, and accurate Maintain custody and organization of contractual documents Communicate with customers by phone and in writing regarding contract issues Use customer portals to obtain purchase orders and schedules, enter commits, and manage scorecards Maintain customer expectations and relationships while controlling risk and cost Support Finance, Program Management, Engineering, and Compliance on contract, regulatory, government, and commercial matters Assist with developing and implementing contract administration processes and procedures Support monthly SIOP meetings to ensure accurate part provisioning Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree 3–5 years of experience preferred Extremely strong customer service skills Strong business acumen and positive attitude Ability to work in a high-volume contract award environment Superior organization and multitasking skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Excel mastery required Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of Syteline ERP system strongly preferred Previous contract administration experience in the aerospace industry desired FAR and government contracting experience and knowledge preferred Ability to walk, stand, and sit for periods of time Ability to remain seated for long periods while working on a computer or documentation Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and standard office equipment Ability to view data on a computer screen and/or in paper format for long periods Ability to interact with diverse people and personnel at diverse levels U.S. applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship For applicable ITAR/EAR-controlled positions, must be a U.S. Person or eligible for approval for a U.S. Government export license Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in contract administration, including managing commercial and military contracts, ensuring compliance with FAR regulations, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
