As a member of the Cell and Functional Biology team, primary role will focus on antibody characterization. The role includes executing and optimizing antibody screening funnel, cell line maintenance, data analyses, and standardization of protocols as related to automation.Key Responsibilities:Maintain immortalized mammalian target overexpressing and native target expressing cell lines primarily; experience with primary cells beneficial but not required. Coordinate sourcing of internal and commercial reagents for screening assays. Utilize established high-throughput assay screening workflows for antibody binding, internalization, and potency characterization using automated liquid-handling systems. Execute and enable binding, internalization, and reporter assay experiments Analyze data for antibody binding specificity, internalization ability and potency using flow binding and assays platforms. Develop and standardize screening workflows, assay protocols, and automation procedures. QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent education with 5 years of relevant biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience, or master’s degree or equivalent education with two years of experience High-throughput screening experience and troubleshooting using Flow Strong understanding of screening workflows Perform cell culture under SOP GLP standards Prior experience and familiarity with protein-protein interaction, ELISA, target binding and functional cellular assays Excellent communication skills across broad audiences Ability to work effectively within internal, external and cross-functional teams
