Join a top-tier global biopharmaceutical leader in Worcester, MA, as a Scientist II. In this high-impact, 100% onsite role, you will drive data-driven decisions for pipeline advancement within the Cell and Functional Biology team. You will primarily focus on antibody characterization, executing high-throughput screening, and optimizing automated assay workflows.

responsibilities:

• Maintain immortalized mammalian target-overexpressing and native target-expressing cell lines under GLP standards.
• Execute high-throughput assay screening workflows for antibody binding, internalization, and potency using automated liquid-handling systems.
• Analyze data for antibody binding specificity and functional potency using flow cytometry and related assay platforms.
• Coordinate the sourcing of internal and commercial reagents for screening assays.
• Develop, optimize, and standardize assay protocols and automation procedures.

 
qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant biotech/pharma experience, or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Proven high-throughput screening experience and troubleshooting using flow cytometry.
• Strong knowledge of screening workflows and cell culture under SOP/GLP standards.
• Prior experience with protein-protein interaction, ELISA, target binding, and functional cellular assays.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
