We are strongly considering candidates with experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide/Assistant, or similar positions.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care services tailored to meet the client's needs.
Assist with daily tasks such as feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping.
Support client mobility through active and passive exercises as defined by the care plan, and report any observed changes to the Director of Nursing.

Requirements:

At least one (1) year of documented caregiver experience.
Certified CPR (training provided) and a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
Valid driver's license with reliable, insured transportation.
Adherence to HIPAA regulations and commitment to client confidentiality.
Proficient in English, with the ability to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively.
Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull, with the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
High school diploma or GED.
