About Ceribell Ceribell is a medical technology company focused on transforming the diagnosis and management of patients with serious neurological conditions. The Ceribell System is a novel, point‑of‑care electroencephalography ("EEG") platform specifically designed to address the unmet needs of patients in the acute care setting, and is being used in hundreds of community hospitals, large academic facilities and major IDNs across the country. Our entire team is driven by a shared commitment to transforming the landscape of critical care through our rapid seizure detection technology. Position Overview The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for launching new hospitals and for the organic growth of the install base of hospitals. The CAM will also provide ongoing medical education to physicians and clinical staff using clinical information as the foundation for growth. This role requires 60% travel (approximately three days a week) and must be based within the region; remote applicants are not accepted. What You'll Do Driving New and Organic Growth Expand use of Ceribell to additional acute or critical care centers within the existing customer base. Work with the local Territory Manager to launch Ceribell at new customer sites. Drive new product and technology introductions for existing customers. Build advocacy and champions within facilities and use hospital data to validate and build interest. Develop a qualified lead funnel within the existing install base. Activities include formal presentations, peer‑to‑peer education, new physician training, and physician education. Oversee upgrades and departmental expansions in the existing install base. Maintain strong project management skills to support new account launches. Clinical Training & Education Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on the merits and proper clinical usage of the company's products, becoming a clinical expert in relevant patient populations. Troubleshoot workflow solutions for departments as needs arise. Partner with clinicians to identify and establish protocols for patients at risk of seizure. Lead clinical teams through training sessions to help them understand workflow and applications. Reporting and Administration Submit all required reports and training documentation on time. Use Salesforce.com to manage administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Ceribell policies. Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure successful deployment of Ceribell products at customer locations. Work within a field‑based team and maintain a strong partnership with the Territory Manager for the respective region. What We're Looking For 3–5 years of recent critical care sales experience OR 5 years of medical device or pharma sales experience OR RN experience supporting sales teams. Excellent communicator, relationship builder, creative and effective problem solver, highly organized, and able to prioritize strategically. Ability to accurately assess and understand different stakeholder needs and adjust strategy to achieve desired outcomes. Confidence and expertise to challenge the status quo and influence meaningful change through consensus building. Driven and coachable: innate desire to succeed, willing to seek coaching, accept feedback, and apply new skills to support measurable change. Grit and high integrity. Bonus points for startup experience, disruptive technology experience, medical device experience, neuro ICU clinical experience, or sales experience. Compensation Base salary: $100,000. On‑target earnings (OTE): $180,000. Compensation range: $100,000 – $180,000 USD. Final salary offer will be based on skills, education, work location, and experience. Compensation may include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate plan.
